All shoes, clothing, and various items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery) or USPS Ground. Combined shipping is available for multiple items.

We may re-use shipping boxes and certain materials in order to reduce waste on the planet. If you are not okay with this, please let us know and we will ensure new, fresh packaging.

Please note that we require 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. We do not ship shoes or clothing on weekends.

Our account is set up with USPS to automatically provide buyers with the best shipping rates. If the shipping cost seems high, feel free to message us through eBay, and we can adjust the shipping method if possible.

RETURN POLICY:

If you need to return an item due to a malfunction or issue, please submit a return request through eBay for evaluation. Returns will only be accepted after assessing the condition and integrity of the item. Please review the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unopened, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. Items with broken seals, removed tags, or damaged, altered, or torn packaging are not eligible for returns.

2. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us immediately upon receiving the package to report the issue. For items damaged during shipping or delivery, restocking fees will not apply, and we will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is approved.

3. Fees and Shipping Costs: For returns that are approved for reasons other than damage, a $5.00 restocking fee will apply. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-damaged items.

4. Refunds for Non-Damaged Items: Refunds for non-damaged items will be processed only after inspection of the item’s condition to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded, and the buyer will forfeit the return.

5. Inspection of Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns that show signs of misuse, tampering, or alteration will not be refunded.

6. Timeline for Returns: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
